SHIPPING
We offer reliable domestic and international shipping, with rates calculated at checkout. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically taking around 7 business days. If an item is out of stock, we’ll produce it and have it shipped within 12 business days.
International orders include all applicable duties and taxes at checkout—so there are no unexpected fees upon delivery.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition, free from stains, odors, or signs of wear.
- Original Packaging: Include all original tags, boxes, and protective packaging.
- Odor-Free: Please avoid wearing items with deodorant, makeup, perfumes, or other scents to maintain their eligibility for return.
RETURN PROCESS AND GUIDLINES
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service to begin the return process on customerservice@weareturab.com
- Ship Returns: Use a trackable shipping service to return the items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Refund or Exchange: If approved, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
- Please Note that Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We gladly accept international returns in line with our return policy and guidelines. However, please note that return shipping is not covered by us, and you will be responsible for sending the item(s) back to our studio or warehouse in Beirut.
